Your guests will be thrilled by the atmosphere of our Lost World of Reptiles which features many exotic reptiles including iguanas, chameleons, turtles, American alligators and even snakes!  Elegance meets casual in this non seated package, where guests can mingle freely whilst being served a delicious assortment of canapés, cooked by chefs and served by experienced staff.   Your guests will be greeted by zoo keepers with animals upon arrival and be treated to roving staff with reptiles throughout the night.  They’ll also enjoy an interesting reptile show, served with a large dose of humour!

MENU STYLE:

Pumpkin and parmesan risotto balls with citrus plum sauce, tempura fish cocktails and lemon myrtle tartare, tempura vegetables with Japanese dipping sauce, roasted vegetable and sweet potato frittata with garlic aioli, lime and coconut pancake with poached chicken and mint, mini duck pies, mini chocolate hazelnut brownie, panna cotta shot glass with berry compote, lemon and almond polenta cake, apricot and passionfruit tarts, individual tiramisu cakes with mascarpone, Tia Maria and chocolate.

Bento box option also available featuring beef Shanghai noodles on jasmine rice, lamb tagine and cumin, paprika and semi dried tomatoes on cous cous, tempura fish and chips with chunky tartare sauce and lemon.
