OVERVIEW:

Your guests will be thrilled by the atmosphere of our Lost World of Reptiles which features many exotic reptiles including iguanas, chameleons, turtles, American alligators and even snakes!  They’ll be delighted by the high quality three course seated dinner, all cooked by chefs and served by experienced staff.   Your guests will be greeted by zoo keepers with animals upon arrival and be treated to roving staff with reptiles throughout the night.  They’ll sit back and enjoy an interesting reptile show, served with a large dose of humour!

INCLUDES:

Dinner (2  courses; entrée and main or main and desert), alcohol package (beer, wine, soft drink, juice and water), Park entry, Reptile show, two animal keepers roving with animals, Function Manager, all wait staff, tables, table cloths, cutlery, crockery, serviettes, glasses and table decorations.

MENU STYLE:

Seared tuna on a crisp wonton stack with avocado and mild wasabi dressing, antipasto plate, charred lamb cutlets with fetta cheese, olives and thyme jus, roast chicken breast filled with your choice of camembert, pistachio nuts and pesto cream, or goats cheese and herbs, grilled veal medallions wrapped in prosciutto with bocconcini cheese and jus, all served with side vegetables and baked dinner rolls.  Indulge in dessert dishes such as pecan and white chocolate tart with cream and warm chocolate sauce, sticky date pudding with macadamia ice cream, lemon and lime tart with vanilla mascarpone, strawberry shortcake stack with fresh cream.
