About Wayne
Wayne first came in to contact with NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) when he did a firewalk at an Anthony Robbins seminar in 1996. Since then he has been studying and applying NLP for career purposes. In 2005 Wayne suffered severe back injury which led to major surgery and then post operative depression. It was at this time Wayne experienced how profoundly NLP can transform the workings of the mind. From this experience Wayne proceeded to gain his formal NLP qualifications and commence his work as an NLP Master Practitioner.
