• Submitting this form confirms your purchase of Australian Reptile Park admission tickets
• Confirmation of your purchase will be sent via email. Please print your email confirmation
• Upon collection of your tickets from the Australian Reptile Park, you must present the credit card that was used to purchase the tickets and your email confirmation
• Tickets purchased online are valid for 6 months from the purchase date
• No refund, cancellation or exchange on tickets purchased online
• If you have purchased a senior, concession or student ticket appropriate identification must be shown when the tickets are collected
• All ticket prices are in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of GST
• Tickets are not transferable for cash
• Tickets can only be used at the Australian Reptile Park

Gift Vouchers

• Submitting this form confirms your purchase of an Australian Reptile Park gift voucher
• Confirmation of your purchase will be sent via email
• A gift voucher may be used to purchase admission tickets to the Australian Reptile Park or items from the Australian Reptile Park Goanna Gift Shop and Food Kiosk.
• The amount of the voucher is in Australian dollars
• Any outstanding difference between the purchase amount and the amount on the gift voucher must be paid at the time of redemption.
• Any remaining credit on the voucher will be forfeited and no change will be given
• Gift Vouchers purchased online are valid for 6 months from the purchase date
• No refund, cancellation or exchange on gift vouchers purchased online
• Gift Vouchers are not transferable for cash
• Gift Vouchers can only be used at the Australian Reptile Park
• Gift vouchers will be sent to the nominated address within 7 working days of your purchase.

Tour Tickets

• Bookings need to be made 72 hours in advance.
• Confirmation of your tour will be made 48 hours in advance.
• Cancellation within 24 hours will incur forfeiting full payment.
• Subject to availability.
