The Australian Reptile Park, a popular wildlife sanctuary, is celebrating Easter in a unique way by featuring its adorable animals in a cute video. In the video, koalas, quokkas, kangaroos, goannas, and Tasmanian devil joeys are seen getting into the Easter spirit and spreading joy to visitors. They are treated with each of the animals’ favourite treats in the shape of eggs, from delicious vegetables for the quokkas to “meat eggs” for the Tassie devils.

According to Hewin Hochkins, Head of Mammals at the Australian Reptile Park, the animals can sense the excitement of the holidays and love to have some fun. “We love having a bit of fun around the holidays and Easter is no exception! Our animals can always seem to tell when it’s an exciting time of the year, and now that school holidays have begun, it’s been so joyful to see so many smiling faces visiting us.”

In addition to the cute video, the Easter bunny will also make an appearance over the entire Easter long weekend, handing out chocolate Easter eggs to children visiting the park. The park will be open throughout the Easter long weekend, from 9am to 5pm each day, and visitors can see all the animals featured in the video during the school holidays.

“We are open the entire Easter weekend, and we love to spread Easter cheer to both the families visiting over the weekend and with our followers on social media!” says Hochkins.

The Australian Reptile Park’s Easter celebration promises to be a fun-filled event for families and animal lovers. The Park’s efforts to spread joy and happiness during the holiday season are sure to be appreciated by visitors.
