By Car
Enter ‘Australian Reptile Park’ into your Google Maps app for an easy driving route to the Park. We’re only 60 minutes north of Sydney and south of Newcastle. Take the Gosford exit off the M1 Freeway and follow the signs to our location at Somersby on the Pacific Highway. Free all-day parking is available on site.

By Train
Gosford Train Station is the closest rail link to Australian Reptile Park. For train timetables, please visit Transport NSW. There are no bus services from Gosford Station to Australian Reptile Park. Uber or a local taxi company can transfer you to the park from Gosford Station. Pre-book Uber or a taxi at your leisure. Upon presentation of Uber or taxi receipt, we offer discounted entry tickets (25% off).

By Coach
The Australian Reptile Park is on the touring route for many daytrips out of Sydney that also visit Port Stephens for whale watching or the Hunter Valley vineyards. Ask your local travel agent for a tour that suits you or call our reception desk and we can provide some recommendations.

During your visit, make sure you check out our FREE animal shows and learn about the fascinating animals that reside at the Australian Reptile Park. Plus, opt for a photo experience ($29.99 each) and take home a memory that will last forever!

Our on-site kiosk, the Hard Croc Café, is open daily from 9am to 4pm. With a wide variety of dining options including hot food, salads and sandwiches, ice creams and cold drinks, there’s something the satisfy the whole family. Vegan and gluten-free options available. Please note that hot food purchases end at 2pm.

Alternatively, bring a picnic or utilise our free on-site BBQs and watch our free-range kangaroos roam in the Main Park Area or take a break in our Undercover Picnic Area and watch the kids on our animal-themed playground.

The Australian Reptile Park aims to be accessible for people of all abilities. We have accessible parking spaces, ramps and bathrooms available.
