School Incursions 2027

Let the Australian Reptile Park bring wildlife learning directly to your school with a live, interactive incursion designed to complement the 2027 NSW Science curriculum.

Suitable for students from Kindergarten through to high school, each session is adapted to the age and learning stage of the group. Students explore scientific concepts through close-up encounters with live animals, including snakes, lizards and crocodilians, with topics ranging from observation, senses and movement to adaptations, ecosystems, energy, sustainability and conservation.

The program combines an engaging wildlife presentation with interactive learning, giving students the opportunity to ask questions, investigate how animals survive and connect classroom science with real Australian wildlife. Age-appropriate snake safety and first aid education is also incorporated throughout the program.

Incursion Showtimes

• Central Coast & Newcastle Schools: Sessions (60 minutes for daycare/primary school and 80 minutes for high school) available from 10 AM – 2 PM
• Sydney Schools: Sessions (60 minutes for daycare/primary school and 80 minutes for high school) available from 11 AM – 2 PM

Incursion Pricing

• Day Care - Year 6: $17.99 per child, minimum cost of $900
• High School Groups: $19.99 per student, minimum cost of $1000
• An additional $100 per hour fee applies for travel over 1 hour from the Australian Reptile Park, both ways.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 7 days before the booked excursion will receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 7 days and 48 hours before the excursion will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable.
